It took a bit longer to get here than I expected, and I kept checking the tracking while making coffee in the mornings, but it did finally arrive. Not a huge deal in the end, just slower than I thought it would be

I ended up returning my order because the scent just wasn’t really for me. The return process was super simple, like really simple, and my refund came back quicker than I thought it would. No hassle at all, so I’m happy with how it went.

I’m careful about what I put on or in my body, and the ingredients list just didn’t give me a good feeling. I’d rather play it safe, so I decided not to use it.

I went in expecting a lot because of all the hype, but it just didn’t really live up to it for me. Some of the claims felt a little misleading once I actually tried it. In the end, I mostly felt disappointed and like I’d been expecting something way better than what I got

I like the products well enough, but trying to check out on lumedeodorant.com was way more annoying than it needed to be. My cart kept changing in weird ways, and I had to try a few times before my payment finally went through. There were also so many pop-ups and little extra steps that I was sitting there like, why is this so complicated? I just wanted to place my order. Not the worst website ever, but definitely frustrating.

I actually like some of their products, which is why this was so annoying. I had an issue with my order and emailed customer service thinking it would be a quick fix, but nope — I sat there for days waiting like I was sending messages into the void. When they finally replied, it felt super generic and didn’t really answer what I asked, so I had to follow up again. Dramatic? Maybe. But it was frustrating. Not the absolute worst experience of my life, but definitely not great.

I’d probably give this 4 stars, mainly because the packaging is solid. The tube is easy to grip, and the cap actually stays on, which is a relief since I toss it in my bag and already feel trapped by the amount of stuff rolling around in there.
It squeezes out easily, and I don’t feel like I’m fighting the tube or wasting a ton of product. The size is nice too, especially for my bathroom shelf where space is limited and everything already feels a little crammed in.
The only thing that bugs me is the opening can get messy if you use a bit too much or forget to wipe it off. It’s not a dealbreaker, but once it gets gunky, it kind of feels like you’re stuck dealing with it every time you use it

I was pleased because the stuff I needed was actually in stock. That’s not always the case with other places, so it gave me a good impression right away.

I really wanted to like Lume, and there are a few things I did appreciate about it. The texture was fine, and I didn’t have any major irritation, which was a plus. But the odor control just didn’t hold up for me. It would work for a few hours, then I’d start noticing smell coming back, especially on busier days. I tried using more, using less, all that, but it didn’t make much of a difference. Kind of a bummer because I expected it to last longer, especially for the price.

I put this on in the morning and by bedtime I still smell fine. Even on days when I get sweaty it holds up really well. I’m really happy with it.

I really like that I can change my delivery date myself without having to email anyone or wait around for a response. It did take me a minute to find where the cancel/pause section was, but once I got there, it worked totally fine. It’s not PERFECT, but it’s way better than a lot of other subscriptions I’ve dealt with.

For the price, this has held up better than I expected. It lasts long enough for what I need, so I’d say it’s worth it. Makes me wonder why some other options cost so much when this one does the job just fine.

Been using Lume for a few weeks now, and it really does help with odor. Use it most days, mainly underarms and sometimes a couple other areas.
Only thing is, go through the tube faster than expected, so for the price it feels like the usage adds up. Still a good product overall, just wish it lasted a little longer.

The site was easy to use overall, but the promo stuff got me little confused. I saw a discount mentioned, then when I got to checkout it wasn’t really clear what was applying or why. I did end up getting some money off, but I had to click around more than I expected to figure it out. Not a bad experience, just think they could make the deals and codes easier to understand.

I felt kind of pressured to try this because everyone keeps talking about using it everywhere, but it just didn’t work that great for me. Applying it all over was a little annoying, and it felt sticky in certain spots. The scent also faded fast on me. It might be fine for underarms, but for a whole-body product, I was expecting more...

I really wanted to give this a fair chance, but the smell was not something I could handle. Once I put it on, it turned kind of sour on my skin, almost like old lotion mixed with sweat. I waited a while hoping it would settle into something nicer, but it never did. I’m sure scent is personal and maybe it works better for someone else, but for me it lingered way too long and made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I’m picky with deodorant because my underarms get irritated so easily, and a lot of products make me itchy or red after just a day or two. Lume has actually been fine for me so far, which surprised me in a good way. The scent is light and not overpowering, and I like that it doesn’t feel sticky once it dries down. Ordering from the site was simple, and it showed up in a normal amount of time. I’ll probably grab it again.

It worked okay overall, but it ended up staining my shirts badly. I really wanted to like it, but that was a big letdown 😬
